Lamination Museum
My work in this exhibition takes on both conceptual and process-driven approaches to themes of preservation and lamination.Lamination Museum is a grand collaborative work involving all the artists in relation to the theme in question. By sourcing a vintage loveseat and melting a plastic dust cover into the upholstery, thereby sandwiching artifacts from each artist participating in the show, I am able to create a time capsule of this experience in physical form.
